From the project kickoff meetings and walk-through to installation and quality control testing, our project managers work step by step through a defined process for consistent results

They work with your architects, mill workers, electrical contractors, general contractors, design consultants, interior decorators, and spatial planners to ensure a custom-tailored fit for your environment. The project manager follows a 6 Step Project Management Process that ensures consistent results with each engagement.

1. Solidify the Team:
   Crucial to any project success is to understand the players, their roles and immediately begin to build relationships within the project team. This allows us to understand project goals and how to best communicate.
    
2. Document the Scope:
   Once we understand the project goals we develop a Scope of Work – a document that is referenced from project inception to completion to ensure all the deliverables of team members are met.
    
3. Manage Schedules:
   The project milestones and timelines are documented to make sure that all team members are all working toward common goals. The actual completion dates are recorded, communicated and measured through the life of the project so that critical dates are not missed and the project stays on track.
    
4. Decisions & Revisions & Change Orders:
   As projects progress and clients choose to change product selections, locations or add/eliminate functionality, decisions are documented and a formal change order process is initiated. Change orders requests and approvals are tracked and monitored. Budgets are easily managed as no financial changes are made without proper signoff.
    
5. Implementation:
   Communication is paramount during the implementation phase of any project. Our PM’s conducts team meetings, distribute minutes and utilize simple tools to keep the entire team updated on the progress of the project.
    
6. Resolution & Close:
   Our philosophy is to identify and resolve any open issue before it can become part of a punch list. Our Project Managers work diligently with our Installation Team and manufacturers to resolve any issues as they arise. In the case where punch items are created, we document and communicate the cause of the issue, anticipated and actual completion dates.

Infrastructure Coordination

Project Managers works closely with both our internal design and engineering staff and external project partners such as Architects & Interior Design Firms, Engineers and General Contractors. We provide a variety of documentation and support to other trades including system flow specifications, electrical requirement documents, cable pull plans, detailed mechanical drawings, product samples, and more. Our project managers review the infrastructure drawings and work with other trades to ensure that all requirements are met prior to the installation to keep projects on track.
